7th Street Pharmacy is committed to protecting your privacy. We have established the following policy to help you understand what information we collect about you, and the measures we take to safeguard that information. This policy also contains important information about additional policies and processes we have established for this web site.

1. Personal Information We Collect:

When you submit personally identifiable information ("personal information") about yourself to 7th Street Pharmacy, that information is covered by the policy. We collect and maintain personal information primarily to provide products and services to you and administer your relationship with us. We collect and maintain the following types of personal information about you from the following sources:

Information you provide to us on the Medication Questionnaire/Order Form, such as your name, address, e-mail address, medical information and financial information (credit card numbers)

This information is only used to fulfill customer orders. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. Medical information is used by our staff of physicians to approve or decline orders for specific medications.

2. Information We Collect About Your Visit To 7th Street Pharmacy:

We may set and access cookies on your computer or use other methods to gather information about your visit to our site ("cookies") such as your Internet Protocol address, operating system or browser. We may collect information about which site referred you to us, the time you spent on our site or the pages you viewed.

3. Security:

We restrict access to your personal information. We train our employees to understand the importance of customer confidentiality and require each employee to sign a written privacy pledge. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect customer personal information. We regularly test, review and update our technology and procedures for protecting personal information in accordance with this security policy. We currently use technology called Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") to protect the security of your personal information, to encrypt your communications to us, and to certify to you that you are logged on to our site.

4. Shipping and Prescription Processing Policies:

Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfillment. Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped within 24 hours. We will notify you only if there is a problem with your order. If you do not hear from us, you may assume that your order was processed.

A. No Products Will Be Shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses

7th Street Pharmacy will not process orders to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. All customers must have a valid billing and shipping address in order to receive products from 7th Street Pharmacy .

B. Prescription Processing

We do not process prescription orders on weekends. If you place an order after 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, the order will be reviewed by a physician and sent to the pharmacy on Monday.

5. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order before the physician approves it. If the physician has not yet approved the order, we will cancel your order. You cannot cancel an order once the physician has approved it.

6. Refund and Exchange Policy:

Due to Federal Law, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges of prescription medications.
