Are Pregnant or Breast-feeding
Prilosec should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
It is not known whether Prilosec passes into breast milk. Breast-feeding while using Prilosec is not recommended.
Possible Prilosec Side Effects
Prilosec side effects cannot be anticipated. If any develop or change in intensity, inform your doctor as soon as possible.
Common Prilosec side effects may include: constipation, cough, dizziness or back pain may occur.
Symptoms of a Prilosec allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing.
