Celebrex may cause stomach bleeding. Daily use of alcohol, especially when combined with Celebrex, may increase your risk for stomach bleeding.

It is not known whether Celebrex is excreted into breast milk. Due to the potential risk to the infant, breast-feeding while using Celebrex is not recommended.
More common Celebrex side effects may include: stomach upset or gas.
Less common or rare Celebrex side effects may include: severe headache, unexplained weight gain, swelling of the hands or feet, change in amount of urine.
Rare Celebrex side effects may include: bleeding from the stomach or intestines.
Rare but serious Celebrex side effects may include: black stools, vomit that looks like coffee grounds, persistent stomach/abdominal pain yellowing eyes or skin, dark urine, persistent stomach/abdominal pain, unusual fatigue.
Symptoms of a Celebrex allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing.
