Allegra-D should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.
The pseudoephedrine in Allegra-D is excreted into breast milk. Breast-feeding is not recommended while using this drug.
Possible Allegra-D Side Effects
Allegra-D side effects cannot be anticipated. If any develop or change in intensity, inform your doctor as soon as possible.
More common Allegra-D side effects may include: nausea, stomach upset, trouble sleeping, headache, or cold symptoms may occur.
Less common or rare Allegra-D side effects may include: dizziness, mental/mood changes, fast heartbeat, fever.
Rare Allegra-D side effects may include: fainting, irregular heartbeat.
